As a HRIS Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing major new system implementations, developments and maintenance related to Human Resources. You will be working closely with various teams including the global HR Operations team, HR Technology and partners across all functions of HR.
What you'll do:
Lead and project manage major new system implementation, development and maintenance related to Human Resources.
Work closely with global HR Operations team, HR Technology and partners in all functions of HR.
Implement thoughtful processes and technology solutions that drive efficiency, reduce cost of operations and mitigate operational risk across HR globally.
Manage business process design – planning, documentation and facilitation of design sessions.
Coordinate communication and define training requirements as part of Change Management.
Compile and create training materials, deliver training and demos where applicable.
Manage data migration and corresponding validation during system migration.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while providing support to end users.
What you bring:
3-4 years’ experience in an HR System specialist role working on HR Systems implementation and support.
Familiarity with HR business processes and systems.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
Strong technical mindset to understand system functionality and limitations.
Quick learner with ability to embrace new toolsets.
Effective problem-solving skills with high degree of initiative and creativity.
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.
