As a member of the regional HRIS team you will gain exposure in managing regional HR digitisation projects. This is an excellent opportunity if you are passionate in HR digitisation or HR process enhancement.
- Continuously evaluate internal HR process and enhance employee experience across all regions.
- Manage various HR transformation initiatives, including the design and implementation of HR system, optimisation of HR processes, and standardisation of HR practices.
- Act as a liaison between the HR team, IT department, and external vendors to ensure the effective delivery of HR digital applications.
- Collect functional requirements and provide practical solutions that cater to employees, line managers, and HR.
- Collaborate with the regional HR and Central HR team, compile user feedback, make recommendations for continuous improvement, and encourage the adoption of best-in-class HR practices.
- Manage and coordinate change management activities.
