They are currently looking for a HRIS Manager for the HR System Tranformation.
Job Description
This position is responsible for the full spectrum of HR system operations and related projects, translating HR functions and business needs into system design and configuration, ensuring accurate functionality, data integrity and regulatory compliance within the system.
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for HRIS transformation project. Lead the design and implementation of HR system, including user requirement, scheduling, data migration, UAT and user training
• Manage ongoing system administration and maintenance. Work collaboratively with stakeholders, system users, IT department and vendors to understand needs, drive alignment, recommend solutions, and execute deployment
• Vendor management
• Monitor system performance, execute system upgrade and assess impact on upstream/ downstream systems
• Provide technical support on HR digitalization initiatives
• Provide HR analytics and management reports to support business decisions
Job Requirements:
• Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources Management, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in system design, development, and implementation of HR system
• Proven track record in leading full-cycle and end-to-end HR system implementation
• Solid experience in HR solutions (Workday/SAP Success Factor/Peoplesoft)
• Experienced in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Analytics Cloud is an advantage
• Good grasp of data security, database management and data analytics
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Strong communication, project management, influencing and problem-solving skills
• Mature, detail-minded, and a team player
