A leading organisation in Hong Kong seeks a Senior HR Administration Manager to oversee HR operations, drive digital transformation, optimise processes and workforce structures, and ensure staffing aligns with business needs.

Key responsibilities:

As a Senior Human Resources Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of HR administration while driving improvements in processes and systems.

  • Manage HR administration functions including payroll coordination, employee records management, onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance oversight
  • Partner with leaders to support workforce planning by assessing staffing needs and optimising team structures for organisational alignment
  • Utilise digital HR tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and promote modern practices across teams
  • Prepare insightful reports and workforce metrics to guide strategic decision-making and support business growth
  • Collaborate with Finance and internal teams on manpower planning initiatives while contributing to continuous improvement projects that enhance operational standards

Candidate profile:

To succeed in this role, you bring extensive HR expertise combined with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for continuous improvement. Your ability to foster collaboration within teams and leverage digital tools will be instrumental in driving success.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 10+ years’ HR/HR Administration experience
  • Proficient in HR digital tools and workflow platforms, able to streamline processes and encourage adoption
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with experience preparing and interpreting HR data and reports
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, handling sensitive matters with discretion
  • High integrity and professionalism in managing confidential information
