A manufacturing group seeks a Senior HR Officer in Hong Kong to support HR operations within a collaborative, growth-focused workplace.

Key responsibilities:

As Senior HR Officer, you will manage end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle, compliance, training, and office collaboration to support a positive workplace culture.

  • Report to HR Manager and provide end-to-end HR and administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits, and performance management
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, including HR inquiries, payroll, leave, benefits administration, insurance renewals, and offboarding processes
  • Facilitate recruitment operations: candidate shortlisting, interview coordination, onboarding, and offboarding logistics
  • Maintain HRIS records, update HR policies for compliance, and organise training programs on occupational safety and workplace ethics
  • Collaborate with facilities for office administration and handle ad hoc HR-related tasks as required

Candidate profile:

To excel in this role, you bring proven HR expertise, emotional intelligence, international experience, employment law knowledge, strong communication, adaptability, and advanced HRIS and reporting skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field with 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in logistics and international organisations
  • Fluent in English and Chinese with solid command of Korean language are an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, HR legislation, and familiarity with ISO procedures
  • Highly adaptable, independent, tactful, responsible, able to manage multiple priorities, and maintains strict confidentiality
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP and pivot tables); candidates with extensive experience may be considered for Assistant Manager position
