Key responsibilities

As an HR Senior Manager, you will oversee all aspects of talent management while driving strategic HR initiatives that align with business goals. Your expertise will help create an inclusive workplace where employees feel valued and empowered to deliver exceptional service.

  • Lead high-volume frontline hiring to support new store openings and staffing needs, ensuring strong cultural fit
  • Manage training, leadership development and succession planning across stores
  • Drive performance management and incentive schemes aligned with corporate KPIs
  • Optimise manpower planning and labour costs using data and auto-rostering
  • Ensure labour compliance, employee relations and HR process digitalisation

Candidate profile

To excel in this role, you will bring extensive experience in human resources within fast-paced industries like retail or hospitality. You are a collaborative leader who values inclusivity and uses data insights to inform decision-making while fostering a supportive workplace culture.

  • Hold a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • Have at least five years’ experience in HR roles within high-volume environments such as retail or food & beverage sectors
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of local Labour Ordinances and proven ability to navigate structured organisations or Chinese enterprises
  • Possess excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust across diverse teams
  • Showcase expertise in designing training programmes and performance management systems that drive career progression and operational success
