One of the industry leading consumer brands with fast growing business in APAC regions is looking for a Asst HR Manager to join their high performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including HR operations, payroll administration, recruitment, compensation & benefits, talent development, and performance management.
  • Act as the primary HR contact for the HK office, providing consultative support to managers and employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with corporate values.
  • Manage payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
  • Drive talent acquisition strategies, ensuring efficient and cost-effective hiring and onboarding processes.
  • Oversee HR operations, including maintaining HR infrastructure, records, processes, and service providers.
  • Ensure competitive compensation & benefits structures, conducting periodic benchmarking for market alignment.
  • Assist in executing regional HR projects and initiatives, collaborating with the Regional HR Manager to align local HR strategies with broader corporate objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of HR experience in international companies, with solid experience working in MNC context
  • Strong expertise in both strategic and operational HR, including payroll, organizational development, and training.
  • Solid knowledge of employment law, payroll regulations, taxation, and mandatory pension schemes in Hong Kong.
  • Ability to manage complexity in a matrix-style organization.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Fluent in English and Chinese.
