Our client is seeking a C&B operation specialist to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to take responsibility for maintaining the Human Resources database, ensuring its accuracy and integrity. You will serve as the central control point for HR data input and payroll liaison, collaborating with HR colleagues on a variety of tasks and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the full cycle of payroll functions, including monthly payroll and final payment calculations, ensuring timely and accurate payments to employee.
  • Manage pension contributions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
  • Maintain and update personnel record with accurate and up-to-date information
  • Handle employee queries related to compensation, benefits and payroll
  • Ensures new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to regional payroll teams


Requirements:

  • Solid experience in end-to-end Hong Kong payroll processing
  • Experience working in payroll outsourcing companies or shared services will be advantageous
  • Able to manage high volume payroll processing in a fast paced environment
  • Must be good in Microsoft Excel, HRIS and sensitive to numbers
  • Action-orientated, detail minded and organised
  • Fluent in spoken English. Foreign language will be advantageous
