Senior HR Officer | MNC

One of the sizable MNC is looking for Senior HR Officer to join their high performing HR team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to ensure a high-quality candidate pipeline.
  • Act as a key point of contact for business units, providing HR guidance and support.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions for continuous improvement.
  • Handle logistics for training sessions, workshops, and other L&D activities.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4+ years of experience in Human Resources field
  • Knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
