Assistant HR Services Manager - Sizable Organization

As an Assistant HR Manager in Shared Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will involve maintaining and updating HR databases and personnel records. You will handle crucial tasks such as visa applications, pensions, insurances, and benefits administration. Your role will also include providing clerical support to the personnel & administration function. You will be expected to perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned.

What you'll do:

  • Maintain and update HR databases and personnel records
  • Handle visa applications, pensions, insurances and benefits administration
  • Provide clerical support to personnel & administration function
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and assignments as assigned
  • Ensure compliance with HK Labour Ordinance and other HR related regulations
  • Utilise Word, Excel and Powerpoint effectively for administrative tasks

What you bring:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • General knowledge in HK Labour Ordinance and other HR related regulations
  • Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Knowledge in using Peoplesoft is an advantage
