This role offers an exciting opportunity to support the company by performing daily HR operations in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including recruitment, onboarding and offboarding logistics, compensation and benefits administration, HR data management, staff relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role requires a strong team player.

What you'll do:

As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client's daily HR operations. Your responsibilities will span across various aspects of human resources, from recruitment to onboarding and offboarding logistics, compensation & benefits administration, HR data management, staff relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. You will also assist in developing and implementing HR initiatives that align with corporate objectives and standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity for those looking to make a significant impact within a dynamic work environment.

  • Provide full support in daily Human Resources administration operations
  • Facilitate talent acquisition including job advertisement posting, interview arrangement, and updating the candidate database records
  • Handle onboarding & offboarding logistics and arrangements
  • Assist in Compensation & Benefits administration including staff payroll, staff benefit, HR salary benchmarking and wellness programs
  • Maintain and update accurate HR data in the HR IS system and Company shared drives to ensure proper filing management
  • Participate actively in staff relations and engagement activities
  • Ensure company compliance with employment laws and regulations by maintaining appropriate HR-related records and documentation
  • Assist to develop and implement HR initiatives to comply with corporate objectives and standards

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this HR Officer position brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in human resources management. With your degree in Human Resources Management or a business-related discipline, coupled with 1-2 years of experience in multinational corporations or financial institutions, you are well-equipped to handle the demands of this role. Your technical competencies include high proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint, knowledge of HRIS systems, understanding of HK tax reporting and payroll calculations, and familiarity with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance. Your excellent command of English and Chinese, including Mandarin, will be crucial in this role.

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or Business-related discipline
  • 1-2 years of HR administration experience in multi-national corporations or financial institutions
  • High proficiency in MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
  • Knowledge in HRIS systems
  • Knowledge of HK tax reporting and payroll calculations
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
  • Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
