Senior HR Officer (Conglomerate with F&B business)

Our client is a fast-growing company with diverse business globally and now seeking a Senior HR Officer to provide all-rounded HR support across various areas of human resources.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head of HR in daily HR operations for a newly created business units
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Administer HR operations, including maintaining employee records, updating HRIS, and generating HR reports.
  • Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination, health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives.
  • Conduct performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
  • Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Experience in F&B industry and partnering with senior management
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
