As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the full spectrum of HR services, and participate in revamping the HR function to support the changing needs of the organisation

Responsibilities:

• Report to Chairmen. Lead and coach a small Human Resources team.
• Responsible for managing and executing all aspects of HR services, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to conduct annual headcount budgets and forecasting processes.
• Participate in revamping the HR function, includes performance management, recruitment and compensation & benefits, to support the changing needs of the organization.
• Analyse current HR processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions that streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
• Develop and update company policies, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 8 years’ experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
