As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the full spectrum of HR services, and participate in revamping the HR function to support the changing needs of the organisation
Responsibilities:
Report to Chairmen. Lead and coach a small Human Resources team.
Responsible for managing and executing all aspects of HR services, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to conduct annual headcount budgets and forecasting processes.
Participate in revamping the HR function, includes performance management, recruitment and compensation & benefits, to support the changing needs of the organization.
Analyse current HR processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing innovative solutions that streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency.
Develop and update company policies, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 8 years’ experience as an HR Manager or in a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager (HRBP & TA) to join team and play a crucial role in driving the human resources function for a leading group (property & construction).
As the Senior HR Manager, you will directly report to C-level executive of the company and supervise HR & Admin team in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The total headcount covered is over 1000+ and you will lead a team of 12 in Hong Kong and 20 in China. Business trip to Mainland is required and candidates with China experience are highly preferred.
