The Assistant HR Manager will be responsible for supporting all aspects of human resources management. This is a generalist role and you will look after approximately 100 employees. The Assistant HR Manager will assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, recruiting and onboarding new employees, administering benefits and compensation programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations by addressing and resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary issues.
Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations, completing necessary paperwork, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies. Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely communication with employees.
Assist in managing the performance evaluation process, including providing guidance to managers and employees, tracking performance metrics, and conducting performance reviews.
Support the HR Manager in developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, including compliance training, diversity and inclusion training, and leadership development.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel files, HRIS data, and other HR-related documentation
