Role requirements

• Provide full spectrum of support in HR process improvement and digitalization projects, such as creation of e-forms and system integrations, to allow operational efficiency gain and enhanced employee experience.
• Coordinate within HR for audit reviews and updates of HR policies and procedures.
• Work closely with HR teams to monitor external vendors’ services.
• Prepare HR reports and support other ad-hoc duties and projects in the East Asia region as assigned.

Work experience, education and skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
• 1 - 2 years of work experience in human resources in financial services institutions or large multi-national corporations.
• Strong written and verbal communications and presentation skills.
• Strong project coordination, team spirit and an innovative mindset.
• Solid knowledge in HRIS systems, particularly SuccessFactor
• Excellent PC skills in Excel, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
