As the Senior HR Manager, you will directly report to C-level executive of the company and supervise HR & Admin team in Hong Kong and Mainland China. The total headcount covered is over 1000+ and you will lead a team of 12 in Hong Kong and 20 in China. Business trip to Mainland is required and candidates with China experience are highly preferred. • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in each region.
• Lead and manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development, and offboarding.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their talent requirements and provide strategic HR support in attracting, selecting, and retaining top talent.
• Implement effective compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they remain competitive in the market and aligned with industry standards.
• Ensure the implementation of robust HR processes, including employee engagement initiatives, talent development programs, and succession planning.
• Maintain a strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Hong Kong & PRC, ensuring HR practices are in compliance and mitigate any potential risks.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and employee well-being.
• Drive HR analytics and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to support data-driven decision-making.
