Role Overview:
One of the fast growing sourcing business is looking for a highly experienced Senior HR Manager to lead our HR function across the APAC region. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this role will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support the achievement of our business objectives and ensure the well-being of employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's vision, mission, and values
- Provide guidance and support to management on all HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, talent development, and succession planning
- Develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies to attract and retain the best talent in the industry
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations across the APAC region
- Lead and manage HR projects and initiatives that support the company's growth plans
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
- Provide coaching and mentoring to HR team members to support their professional development and ensure high levels of performance
Requirements:
- At least 12 years of HR experience, with a proven track record in a senior HR role
- Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations across the APAC region (HK, China, SEA regions)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of HR professionals
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Willingness to travel across the APAC region on a regular basis
