As the primary point of contact for our HK office employees, the HR Advisor is expected to deliver and drive quality HR services and initiatives. In return, the individual will work in a robust environment, while being exposed to different learning and development opportunities.
What you can expect about the role
• Support full employee life cycle, including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, movements, mobility, benefits management, and probation reviews
• Maintain personnel data in HR systems accurately
• Complete monthly payroll independently, accurately and promptly, including liaising with various teams for payroll data submission, preparing monthly payroll reports, etc.
• Responsible for tax filing including Rental Reimbursement benefit operations
• Coordinate within other HR team members to ensure smooth communication and prompt response & resolution towards employees’ request
• Ensure compliance on HR regulations
• Support on payroll system project
• Proactively identify improvements in operations to achieve excellent employee experience and operational efficiency
• Support on vendor management to ensure high-quality services for internal staff
• Responsible for labour reporting and annual license renewal in a timely manner
• Prepare various regular reports and statistics
What qualities & competencies we’re looking for
• 3-5 years of prior experiences in HR functions, preferably C&B or Shared Services
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, tax regulations and other HR related legislation
• Interest and curiosity in operations and process improvement
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good interpersonal skills, time management skills, attention to details, self-motivated, positive and good team player
• Good command of English and Chinese
