About the Role:
- Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources function including recruitment, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR systems and other HR initiatives.
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process and campus recruitment
- Responsible for compensation and benefits of the Hong Kong, including monthly payroll process, reporting and benefit arrangement
- Involving in staff retention & development programmes to initiate human resources strategy for Hong Kong
- Ensure the data in HRIS is update from time to time and regularly review the set-up of HRIS to meet the operational and regulatory requirements
- Responsible for office administration & other duties assigned by the supervisor
About the Person:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines preferred
- At least 6 years all-round human resources management with supervisory experience
- Familiar with Hong Kong employment ordinance and taxation regulations is essential
- Hands-on experience in full spectrum of Human Resources functions
- Experience in working in multinational companies with dynamic exposures to different levels of employees is a plus
- Good written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong in MS Excel spreadsheet and experience in HRIS system
