- HR department head reporting directly to CEO & Executive directors
- HK & PRC focus
Responsibilities:
- Report directly into CEO and lead a sizable staff across HK & China
- Partner with department heads to provide HR advisory service in support of business growth
- Handle the full spectrum of HR functions including but not limited to Recruitment and Selection, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations, Training & Development etc.
- Review organization structure and suggest appropriate people strategies to achieve organization effectiveness
- Actively streamline HR process and policies to drive business efficiency
- Provide insights in talent management & development to ensure succession planning for key positions
- Support corporate HR initiatives as assigned by top management
Requirements:
- Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 15 years of HR experience with strong background as an all- round HR generalist/ HR Business Partner
- Candidates with experience in sizable conglomerates/ property/ F&B, retailing would be advantegous
- Well versed with HK labour ordinance
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enhance effectiveness with all levels of people
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
