We are partnering with a well-known sport wear retail company and seeking an experienced and motivated HR Business Partner to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will work closely with teh leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that support our business objectives and drive employee engagement.
- Partner with HR Manager and leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution
- Drive performance management initiatives to ensure a high-performing culture
- Manage talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates
- Develop and deliver training programs to support employee development and engagement
- Conduct HR analytics, track key metrics, and provide insights to leadership
