Our client is looking for a business savvy Regional HR Director to scale up a strong HR team to cope with their APAC business expansion.
- All rounded HR lead position
- Regional scope
- Directly report to Managing Director APAC
About the role
- Play as an all rounded people lead and support senior stakeholders on Asia Pacific expansion
- Deliver high quality HR services including talent acquisition, rewards and analysis, talent development, performance management, engagement, system, and global projects.
- Provide innovative people solutions addressing business issues
- Partner with headquarter on HR initiatives or global projects including new HRIS system implementation, well-being & engagement strategies, policies revamp, and etc.
- Any HR related projects as assigned by senior management and headquarter
About the person
- Bachelor degree with Human Resources or related discipline
- With at least 13 years of HRBP working experience and minimal 5 years people management experience
- Regional experience is a MUST
- Well command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
