HR (Staff Engagement, Project based,50K)

Role Overview: This role is seeking a project based HR to support their team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Drive employee engagement and retention programs
• Conduct data analytic and reporting
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required

Main Requirment:

• Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' experience in HR Generalist / HRBP with at least 3 years' solid experience in staff engagement gained from sizeable companies
• Good knowledge of local labour laws and other regulatory requirements
• Proactive, positive and have a strong sense of ownership
• Able to work independently and manage multi-tasks at the same time
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills with employees of different backgrounds
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Immediate available is preferred
