Our client is a leading organisation and currently looking for a HR Manager (BP+ Generalist) to join their high performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
*Report directly to the HR Director, supervise a HR Officer
*Act as the strategic business partner to business heads and stakeholders in providing HR strategic planning and execution in the areas of manpower planning & talent acquisition, performance management, talent management and development, employee relations & staff engagement etc.
*Proactively provide professional advice to internal key stakeholders on HR best practices
*Collaborate with global HR on implementing global project occasionally
*Lead and drive key projects as assigned

Key Requirements:
*Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
*Minimum of 8-10 years of related experience as HR Generalist
*Strong communication skills, flexible at work, hands-on with solid generalist experiences.
*Candidates from all industries are welcomed
*Excellent in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
