Job Descriptions:
*Act as the strategic business partner to business heads and stakeholders in providing HR strategic planning and supporting company business objectives, such as in the areas of manpower planning, performance management, talent management and organisational design etc.
*Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy. Perform end to end recruitment process for senior roles and lead projects etc.
*Provide consultative advice to stakeholder on staff cases and staff issues
*Implement talent development programs & promote talent management concepts such as talent discussion and identification, formulation of talent pools, succession planning etc.
*Lead a small team and supervise them daily
*Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
*Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
*Minimum of 12-15 years of HR experience preferably gained from sizeable companies. Candidates from all industries are welcomed.
*Fast-paced and proactive with excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills, flexible at work and hands-on, embrace changes and proactively participate in process revamp
*Candidates with less experiences will be considered as HR Business Partner
*Good command in both verbal and written Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
