With their expanding business, they are now looking for a Senior HR Officer to join their team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment, including end-to-end recruitment process, on-boarding and off-boarding procedures, headcount management etc
- Perform C&B functions such as payroll calculation, performance management, HR reports, employee relations etc
- Support in reviewing and implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment and related legislation;
- Handle the application of working visa for expats and related matters
- Handle all aspects of benefits administration & welfare including Free goods, leave management, staff medical, life insurance and company activities.
- Assist in other ad hoc assignments
Main Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Human Resources Management
- Relevant experience in handling payroll and recruitment of frontline staff is a MUST.
- At least 4 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in beauty or retail industries
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and Employees’ Compensation Ordinance.
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
- Careful, detail-minded, fast-paced, responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
