About the role
- Directly report to Head of Hong Kong
- Manage a full spectrum of HR functions which includes Talent Acquisition, Staff Retention, Compensation and performance appraisals, as well as talent management and development
- Supervise and coach team members on daily operational tasks to ensure smooth operation of services delivered
- Partner and support the business line heads in a proactive and consultative approach
- Provide advise from corporate office perspective to site HRs
- Contact point for employee relations issues, provide accurate assessment of situations and provide HR advice to business units
- Any ad hoc HR projects
About the person
- At least 10 years' experience as all rounded HR professional
- University degree, preferably Human Resource Management or related discipline
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to relate well with people at all levels
- Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
