To foster their business growth, our client is looking for a high calibre HR Business Partner to join their high performing team.
Job Descriptions:
*Act as the strategic business partner to business heads and stakeholders in providing HR strategic planning in the areas of manpower planning, performance management, talent management and development, compensation and benefits, staff engagement etc.
*Provide high level strategic support to define, develop HR processes and processes improvement and new initiatives, proactively propose new initiatives to drive business improvement
*Support line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy. Assist in reviewing and updating the HR polices, ensuring compliance to HK labour ordinance and other local regulations
*Lead and drive key projects as assigned
*Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
*Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent
*Minimum of 10 years of related experience preferably gained from MNC, candidates with experiences as an individual contributor and with regional exposure will be an added advantage
*Strong business-acumen and flexible at work, excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills. With set up experiences will be an added advantage
*Excellent in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
