An opportunity has now arisen for a seasoned and dynamic Chief People Officer professional to join the strategic executive team. This job holder will work closely with the top management team (Director/ General Manager/ C-level executive) to ascertain the needs and recommend effective human resources strategies to support the global business growth and development.
About the role
- Report to the Chief Executive Officer and Board of Directors
- Provide strategic HR business partnering consultation to executive team
- Responsible for the full spectrum of HR strategic formulation, and lead entire HR department which include talent acquisition, compensation benefits, employee relations, talent management, training and development as well as organisational development
- Overall leadership and motivate country HR teams (40+ members) to roll out HR plans, policies and guidelines
- Be a change agent to introduce the best market practice and provide professional HR consultancy services
- Ability to lead at strategic level as well as hands-on
About the person
- MBA or degree holder in Business Management, Human Resources or equivalent
- Minimum 20 years’ relevant HR experience, with at least 10 years experience in a senior/ director capacity gained from large conglomerate or multinationals
- Solid regional experience is a must
- Strong business acumen, leadership and managerial skills
- Well versed with China/ Hong Kong Labour Laws, industrial relations and regulated benefits schemes
- Occasional travelling is required
