An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven HR professional to join this expanding European Healthcare/FMCG company to help set up their HR infrastructure in their Regional Head office. This is an individual contributor role to start with and you will be involved in new office set ups in the region as well.
This is a well known brand launching their business in Asia Pacific and the need has arisen for a seasoned HR Manager to join their management team playing an integral role to set up their HR infrastructure that will ensure the company's continued success across the region.
To succeed in this Head of HR/ HR Manager role, you will need to be a strong generalist and willing to roll up your sleeves to ensure HR infrastructure is well set up to support the business growth. You will report directly into the Managing Director.
- At least a Bachelor Degree in Business with 5 years of work experience preferably within a Multinational environment.
- An ability to manage stakeholders in the Global Headquarters as well as locally to influence and gain buy in on newly implemented HR policies.
- You must be able to make decisions independent and be a strategic business partner to the Managing Director.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese is compulsory.
