Key Responsibilities
- Strategic HR Business Partnering
- Act as trusted advisor to APAC leadership on people strategy, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Partner with business leaders to drive performance, engagement, and capability growth.
- Lead change management initiatives across the region.
- Talent & Leadership Development
- Build a robust APAC leadership pipeline through development programs, coaching, and succession planning.
- Create learning pathways that support high‑potential and emerging leaders.
- Drive continuous learning culture aligned with fast‑growth and agility.
- Culture & Employee Experience
- Shape and strengthen a vibrant, inclusive, innovation‑driven culture that resonates with a young workforce.
- Lead regional engagement initiatives and embed core values across countries.

- Talent Acquisition Support
- Ensure hiring strategies align with business growth needs.

- Oversee performance management, talent reviews, and reward framework alignment (supported by CoEs).
- Use people analytics to guide decision-making and inform leadership on talent insights.
Qualifications
- 12+ years experience in broad HR roles, with strong HRBP responsibilities.
- Deep expertise in talent development, leadership building, and culture shaping.
- Proven success influencing senior leaders in high‑growth, multi‑country APAC environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly.
- High proficiency in Englishs, Mandarin and Cantonese.
