Global People Partner (MNC, English Speaking Preferred)

Our client is a rapidly growing global business seeking a strategic Global People Partner to join their People department. This role will support the implementation of people strategies, with strong stakeholder management. If you have solid regional experience or international exposure, this could be the right opportunity for you.

About the role

  • Directly report to Global HR Director, covering global market.
  • Work closely with senior leadership team to develop and implement people strategies that align with and support the overall business goals.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner, provide people insights and recommendations on people plan, talent management, staff engagement, or business optimisation plans.
  • Identify and address workforce challenges by leveraging data analytic to inform management team on recommendations.
  • Collaborate closely with other People Partners and CoE teams on daily HR operations and recruitment to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Work as ambassador and promote employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and improve retention strategies.
  • Participate in and lead cross-functional projects as assigned.

About the person

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Candidate with regional or international exposure is preferred.
  • Minimum of 12 years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a business partner role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and legislation in different locations.
  • Solid stakeholders management skill and able to influence leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in English is essential.
