HR Business Partner

Key responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives while fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace. You will work closely with leadership, design people strategies, and drive regional HR initiatives that support business growth and performance.
- Partner with business leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advisory across the full employee lifecycle
- Lead and deliver core HR services including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management and talent development
- Advise leadership on HR strategy, compensation, performance and development, and ensure effective policy and process implementation
- Drive organisational change, transformation and restructuring initiatives while strengthening leadership, culture and workforce capability
- Plan, design and execute regional HR strategies and projects to support business objectives and build a strong HR presence
Candidate profile
You are an experienced Human Resources professional with a proven track record of driving impactful HR strategies within multinational organisations. Your ability to build strong relationships, navigate complex challenges, and foster collaboration makes you an invaluable partner to both leadership teams and employees.
- Minimum 10 years’ HRBP experience, preferably within a multinational organisation and from the energy or manufacturing sector
- Strong stakeholder management skills with a collaborative, solution-driven approach and ability to constructively challenge the status quo
- Solid knowledge of employment legislation and employee relations, with proven counselling and conflict-resolution capability
- Proven ability to lead change, drive new initiatives, and manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail, with fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
