HRBP, TA, Associate Director, overseas bank
An overseas bank is looking for HRBP talent to support their business in Hong Kong.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a proactive, credible HR partner by aligning people strategies with shifting business needs and market trends.
- Interpret people analytics (e.g., attrition, engagement, promotion data) to uncover root causes, propose data‑driven solutions, and evaluate their impact on retention and performance.
- Execute HR initiatives and programs that effectively support organizational objectives.
- Manage talent acquisition to attract and secure the right talent for the business.
- Support talent management processes, including identifying high‑potential employees, defining career pathways, and developing personalized growth plans.
- Contribute to the implementation of diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization.
- Review employee engagement feedback and provide actionable recommendations to enhance morale, satisfaction, and retention.
Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
- At least 10 years of experience in HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition,
- Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations
- Demonstrated leadership capability, including experience managing a small team
- Fluent in both English and Cantonese, with strong written and verbal communication skills
