- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and accountability.
4. Performance & Talent Management
- Oversee performance management frameworks that are clear, fair, and outcome-oriented, while remaining culturally appropriate and discreet.
- Ensure performance expectations are aligned with both business objectives and cultural standards.
- Guide leaders on managing underperformance with professionalism, sensitivity, and decisiveness.
- Oversee senior-level recruitment and onboarding to ensure strong cultural and values fit.
5. HR Operations & Governance Excellence
- Ensure HR policies, processes, and practices are efficient, compliant, and fit for purpose in Hong Kong and relevant jurisdictions.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and employment structures with rigor, confidentiality, and commercial awareness.
- Coordinate effectively with external advisors, management companies, and service providers as required.
- Maintain high standards of data privacy, confidentiality, and risk management.
6. Business Savvy Execution
- Bring a strong understanding of how people, structure, and incentives support investment and operational outcomes.
- Balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a lean, high-expectation environment.
- Deliver timely, dependable, and high-quality outcomes with minimal bureaucracy.
