What you'll do:

As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organisation’s people agenda by partnering closely with business leaders and managers.

  • Work closely with the wider Talent Acquisition team to learn modern recruitment strategies and contribute to winning top talent.
  • Align future-focused people plans with overall business strategy while addressing immediate operational needs.
  • Foster an inclusive workplace culture that supports collaboration, knowledge sharing, and communal success.
  • Champion initiatives that promote employee wellbeing, engagement, and retention across the product and engineering portfolio.

What you bring:

To excel as a Human Resources Business Partner, your background should include proven experience supporting technical teams within dynamic environments.

  • Demonstrated experience in a people partnering role within a fast-paced organisation managing technical portfolios such as software engineering.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with internal stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in advising business leaders beyond traditional HR operational support.
  • Curiosity to question existing processes constructively with stakeholders in order to define collaborative solutions.
  • Strong interpersonal skills enabling you to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Experience using data analytics to identify opportunities for improvement in talent management practices.
  • Commitment to promoting an inclusive workplace culture that values diversity and shared success.
  • Excellent coaching abilities focused on developing managers’ capabilities in recruiting, rewarding, and growing their teams.
