We are supporting a leading organisation to find a dynamic and forward‑thinking Head of HR to shape its people strategy and drive HR transformation. We’re looking for someone who brings energy, adaptability, and a modern HR mindset — a leader who can build an engaging culture, elevate talent strategy, and partner closely with senior management to drive organisational growth.

Overview

Our client is seeking a forward‑thinking and dynamic Head of HR to lead the full spectrum of people strategy and HR operations. This role requires a proactive leader who is adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast‑changing environment while shaping a people‑first culture.

Key Responsibilities

People Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the organisation’s goals and evolving needs.
  • Champion a culture of agility, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team with a modern, hands‑on leadership style.

Talent Management & Development

  • Oversee talent acquisition, employer branding, and workforce planning.
  • Drive initiatives in learning, leadership development, and succession planning.
  • Implement performance management frameworks that develop high‑performing teams.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Foster an inclusive, engaging, and motivating workplace environment.
  • Lead employee communications, engagement programmes, and culture‑building initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers across the organisation.

HR Operations & Governance

  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and reward strategies.
  • Ensure HR policies, processes, and compliance standards are well‑maintained and continuously improved.
  • Implement tools and systems to enhance HR efficiency and data‑driven decision‑making.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline; HR certifications an advantage.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with proven leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in dynamic, fast‑paced environments.
  • Agile, adaptable mindset with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and innovation.
  • Experience in shaping culture, leading change, and driving modern HR practices.
  • High proficiency in Cantonese, English & Mandarin
