About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading organization in Hong Kong. This strategic role offers the opportunity to partner with business leaders and drive impactful HR initiatives across the company.

1. Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with department leaders to understand business challenges and design tailored recruitment strategies that support growth objectives.
  • End-to-End Hiring: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including innovative sourcing, job postings, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and smooth onboarding.
  • Employer Branding: Drive initiatives to strengthen employer brand and explore new channels to attract top tech and media talent.
  • Talent Pipeline: Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical roles to ensure readiness for future hiring needs.

2. People & Culture Development

  • Culture Design: Develop and implement HR policies and engagement programs that reinforce a high-performance culture and keep teams motivated.
  • Employee Experience: Identify opportunities to enhance engagement and retention, fostering a sense of belonging in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

3. Legal, Compliance & Documentation

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all HR practices comply with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant labor regulations.
  • Governance & Support: Provide legal and compliance support for HR matters, including drafting employment contracts, workplace policies, and managing documentation throughout the employee lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of solid HR experience, including at least 5years in HRBP.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant labor laws.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible with strong initiative.
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
