What you'll do:
As VP – Human Resources, you will play an instrumental role in shaping the strategic direction of HR functions across diverse markets.
- Collaborate closely with senior business leaders to ensure HR and administrative strategies are fully aligned with evolving commercial priorities and organisational goals.
- Oversee regional HR teams to deliver high-impact solutions in talent acquisition, succession planning, employee engagement, organisational development, and administrative services that enhance both efficiency and compliance.
- Manage manpower budgets and administrative expenses by linking resource allocation directly to measurable business outcomes and performance indicators.
- Support new market entry initiatives by aligning people strategies with future capabilities required for diversification and expansion.
- Ensure strict adherence to labour laws, corporate standards, and administrative policies across multiple jurisdictions while driving process improvement and scalability.
- Champion cross-cultural communication efforts to facilitate seamless collaboration between teams operating in different regions.
- Drive change management initiatives that foster a culture of continuous improvement, adaptability, and shared success throughout the organisation.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for VP – Human Resources brings extensive experience in strategic HR leadership within multi-market environments.
- At least 15 years of experience in human resources with significant exposure to business partnering and talent management across multiple markets.
- Proven track record in strategic HR leadership roles where you have successfully connected people strategies with commercial outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline from a recognised institution.
- Exceptional ability to communicate effectively across cultures using both English and Mandarin (written and spoken), facilitating cross-border collaboration.
- Demonstrated skill in organisational design, change management initiatives, and fostering inclusive environments that encourage teamwork.
- Advanced stakeholder management capabilities that enable you to build trustful relationships at all levels of the organisation.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills combined with strong presentation abilities for sharing insights with executive stakeholders.
