About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join a leading organization in Hong Kong. This strategic role offers the opportunity to partner with business leaders and drive impactful HR initiatives across the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a full spectrum of HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and HR operations.
  • Review and enhance HR policies and procedures to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system.
  • Collaborate with managers on manpower planning, hiring strategies, and resolving staffing issues.
  • Prepare HR-related reports and statistical analyses as required.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of solid HR experience, including at least 5years in HRBP.
  • Strong knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and relevant labor laws.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and responsible with strong initiative.
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (spoken and written).
