Senior Human Resources Business Partner

Our client is a fast-growing business seeking a strategic Senior HR Business Partner to join their HR team. This role will support the implementation of HR strategies with business objectives, and will work closely with senior leaders to create a positive work culture.

About the role

  • Directly report to Regional HR Director, covering multiple countries.
  • Work closely with senior leadership team to develop and implement HR strategies that align with and support the overall business goals.
  • Serve as a trusted business partner to management, providing insights and recommendations on talent management, organisational development, and employee relations.
  • Identify and address workforce challenges by leveraging data analytic to inform decision-making and drive improvements.
  • Collaborate with talent acquisition team on recruitment and selection process for key positions, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent.
  • Design and promote employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and increase retention.
  • Monitor and analyse HR metrics, providing reports to management to support data-driven strategies.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure effective delivery of services, including training and development, compensation and benefits, and compliance.
  • Participate in and lead cross-functional projects as assigned.

About the person

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a business partner role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and organisational development principles.
  • Solid stakeholders management skill.
  • Proven ability to drive change and influence leadership in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical skills.'
  • Native in English is mandatory.
