Junior Human Resources Business Partner

This role will provide opportunities for candidates to overlook Hong Kong and Singapore region.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior management to develop and implement different HR strategies aligned with business objects
  • Actively collaborate within the HR organisation and directly with business stakeholders to support HR deliverable
  • Partner with HR team in Hong Kong and Singapore on various HR initiatives
  • Regular review HR policies, processes and remuneration system to ensure they satisfy regulatory requirements
  • Liaise closely with internal business units on employee relations, engagement and people development
  • Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes
  • Provide insight and recommendations based on data analysis
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practices
  • Assist with Firm-wide activities

Requirements:

  • Around 2-3 years HRBP or HR Operations experience
  • Knowledge of Workday an advantage
  • Very hands on, detailed and good with numbers
  • Good written & spoken communication skills in English.
