Junior Human Resources Business Partner
This role will provide opportunities for candidates to overlook Hong Kong and Singapore region.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement different HR strategies aligned with business objects
- Actively collaborate within the HR organisation and directly with business stakeholders to support HR deliverable
- Partner with HR team in Hong Kong and Singapore on various HR initiatives
- Regular review HR policies, processes and remuneration system to ensure they satisfy regulatory requirements
- Liaise closely with internal business units on employee relations, engagement and people development
- Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve HR processes
- Provide insight and recommendations based on data analysis
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures and best practices
- Assist with Firm-wide activities
Requirements:
- Around 2-3 years HRBP or HR Operations experience
- Knowledge of Workday an advantage
- Very hands on, detailed and good with numbers
- Good written & spoken communication skills in English.
