HR Business Partner (Regional Role - SEA, up to 49k)

A growing organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as the main HR contact and strategic advisor for their SEA regions. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your strong business acumen, HR expertise, and HR projects skills to enable the success of their international operations.

About the Role:

  • Act as the professional HR business partner for designated countries/locations (SEA regions), building deep relationships with stakeholders. Act as the trusted HR adviser for assigned regions.
  • Drive training and talent management initiatives to develop the capabilities of employees and leaders
  • Partner with the HR Director to lead HR change management efforts and execute change-related projects, and drives the effectiveness of workflow optimisation.
  • Demonstrate a global mindset and ability to effectively navigate diverse cultural and regulatory environments
  • Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • 5-7+ years of progressive HR business partnering experience, preferably in sizeable organisation.
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships and collaborating with business stakeholders
  • Flexible, agile with excellent communication skills, change management skills to drive organisational development. Strong problem solving and consultative skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to diverse cultural contexts
  • Candidates with experience supporting Southeast Asia markets will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates without regional exposure but would like to gain the exposure are also welcome to apply.
  • Base in Hong Kong; but can apply for international remote work occasionally
