My client is a leading multinational corporation with a global presence. They are looking for a Regional HR Officer (TA + HRBP), the candidate will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives across APAC regions. Working closely with country managers, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR guidance, managing operations.

Description

  • Manage HR operations, talent acquisition, performance management, and HR compliance.
  • Provide strategic advice to leaders in APAC regions.
  • Optimize performance management strategies by implementing new processes and training managers to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to fulfill company's staffing needs across frontline and supporting departments
  • Maintain and develop effective channels for recruitment, plan and conduct recruitment activities for all grades and positions within a particular line of business
  • Conduct direct search, initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and / or face-to-face interviews independently

Profile

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or a related discipline with a minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in TA/HR/HRBP role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Fluent in English.
