Our client is a rapidly growing organisation dedicated to fostering a positive and productive work environment. Currently looking for talented Employee Relations Specialist to join and build the Employee Relations team from the ground up. About the Role:

  • Develop and implement effective employee relations policies and programs.
  • Handle employee relations matters, including staff cases, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Manage the whistle-blower process, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
  • Collaborate with HR and management to create a supportive workplace culture.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
  • Conduct investigations related to employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
  • Prepare reports and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee relations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven experience in employee relations or related field; preferably experiences gained from sizeable platform; Experience in building a team is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible and proactive, strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality.
  • Excellent proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
