About the Role:
Develop and implement effective employee relations policies and programs.
Handle employee relations matters, including staff cases, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
Manage the whistle-blower process, ensuring confidentiality and adherence to legal and ethical standards.
Collaborate with HR and management to create a supportive workplace culture.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations issues.
Conduct investigations related to employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
Prepare reports and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement in employee relations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in employee relations or related field; preferably experiences gained from sizeable platform; Experience in building a team is a plus.
Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible and proactive, strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and confidentiality.
Excellent proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
