Senior HR Business Partner - Well Known MNC (75k Max)

A dynamic and growing organisation is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to serve as the primary HR contact and strategic advisor. In this key role, you will leverage your strong business acumen and HR expertise to help drive the company toward its business objectives.

About the Role:

  • Serve as the professional Senior HR Business Partner for designated portfolios -corporate functions. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Manage manpower planning, budgeting, and various business partnering activities to support organisational goals.
  • Partner with senior management and drive HR technology and transformation initiatives, including HR analytics and dashboards, to enhance stakeholder understanding of business performance.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director to spearhead change management efforts and execute related projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in HR business partnering, preferably within a large organisation.
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
  • Flexible and agile, with excellent communication and change management skills to drive organisational development. Strong problem-solving and consultative abilities are essential.
  • Experience with HR technology tools and a solid understanding of HR analytics; proficiency in Power BI tools is a plus.
  • Less experienced candidates will be considered as HR Business Partner (Manager Grading)
