One of the giant consumer business with high complexity is looking for a dynamic & pragmatic HRBP Head in view of the organization transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain trusted relationships with business stakeholders and team members, acting as a trusted business advisor.
  • Develop and implement business partnering strategies, including end-to-end people transformation initiatives such as structure review, talent mapping, development, and engagement support.
  • Facilitate discussions on post-engagement surveys and collaborate with stakeholders on action planning.
  • Collaborate with other HR subject matter experts to ensure recruitment and reward guidelines are followed when hiring candidates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business leaders in addressing people-related issues and developing effective approaches to engage, retain, and motivate team members.
  • Lead and execute change management initiatives related to people matters within assigned portfolio(s), including strategic communication planning to minimize potential risks.
  • Conduct annual salary reviews, bonus reviews, and budget exercises, providing accurate information to Finance and business leaders in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in business partnering within a complex & matrix organization, preferably in the consumer related industries with large headcounts size
  • Demonstrated ability to independently deliver people transformation initiatives in collaboration with business leaders.
  • Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Agile, flexible, and adaptable, with a deep understanding of the people dynamics and the ability to balance People & Culture perspectives with business needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to foster effective relationships across all levels of stakeholders
