About the job:

  • Serve as the HR Business Partner for designated departments, offering advice on recruitment, organizational effectiveness, performance management, engagement, retention, staff cases etc.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers on job design, refining search strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting assessments, and proposing competitive packages for effective hiring outcomes.
  • Manage daily HR operations across the staff life cycle, including responsibilities such as onboarding, transitions, exits, and headcount monitoring.
  • Contribute to developing compelling content and narratives related to staff engagement and communication.
  • Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefit Team on tasks like salary benchmarking, pay range reviews etc.

About the person:

  • Ideally a university graduate in Human Resources Management, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in HR Business Partnering and recruitment preferred
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical, and self-driven.
  • Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is advantageous.
  • Sound knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant HR legislation.
