About the job:
Serve as the HR Business Partner for designated departments, offering advice on recruitment, organizational effectiveness, performance management, engagement, retention, staff cases etc.
Oversee the entire recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers on job design, refining search strategies, sourcing candidates, conducting assessments, and proposing competitive packages for effective hiring outcomes.
Manage daily HR operations across the staff life cycle, including responsibilities such as onboarding, transitions, exits, and headcount monitoring.
Contribute to developing compelling content and narratives related to staff engagement and communication.
Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefit Team on tasks like salary benchmarking, pay range reviews etc.
About the person:
Ideally a university graduate in Human Resources Management, Communications, or Business Administration.
Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience, with a strong background in HR Business Partnering and recruitment preferred
Proactive, detail-oriented, analytical, and self-driven.
Capable of multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
High proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; knowledge of Putonghua is advantageous.
Sound knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant HR legislation.
