Responsibilities:
Leverage in-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, policies, and industry trends to drive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organisation's hiring objectives across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region
Focus on managing the full-cycle recruitment life-cycle for front office, middle office, and back-office roles, with a strong track record of building diverse talent pipelines
Act as a trusted business partner to provide consultative advice for stakeholders
Create and execute robust talent acquisition strategies, continuously evaluating and enhancing recruitment procedures to attract top-tier candidates
Stay abreast of industry trends, talent market dynamics, and emerging recruitment technologies to identify innovative sourcing techniques
Review and provide recommendations on HR policies and procedures to support the organisation's evolving needs
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels to build strong relationships and deliver effective HR business partnering solutions
Manage ad-hoc projects as assigned
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
8-10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Talent Acquisition specialist, with a preference for candidates with both agency and in-house experience
Proven regional hiring experience in the APAC market, with a strong understanding of the local talent landscape
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across the organisation
Hands-on, proactive, and willing to roll-up sleeves
Fluency in English and proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken) is highly preferred
