Our client is a well-known global investment management firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage in-depth knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, policies, and industry trends to drive talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organisation's hiring objectives across the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region
  • Focus on managing the full-cycle recruitment life-cycle for front office, middle office, and back-office roles, with a strong track record of building diverse talent pipelines
  • Act as a trusted business partner to provide consultative advice for stakeholders
  • Create and execute robust talent acquisition strategies, continuously evaluating and enhancing recruitment procedures to attract top-tier candidates
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, talent market dynamics, and emerging recruitment technologies to identify innovative sourcing techniques
  • Review and provide recommendations on HR policies and procedures to support the organisation's evolving needs
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels to build strong relationships and deliver effective HR business partnering solutions
  • Manage ad-hoc projects as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 8-10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or Talent Acquisition specialist, with a preference for candidates with both agency and in-house experience
  • Proven regional hiring experience in the APAC market, with a strong understanding of the local talent landscape
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and work effectively across the organisation
  • Hands-on, proactive, and willing to roll-up sleeves
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken) is highly preferred
