In this pivotal role, you will leverage your strong business acumen, HR expertise, and global mindset to enable the success of their international operations.
About the Role:
Act as the professional HR business partner for designated countries/locations, building deep relationships with stakeholders. Act as the trusted HR adviser for assigned portfolios.
Drive training and talent management initiatives to develop the capabilities of employees and leaders
Partner with the HR Director to lead HR change management efforts and execute complex, change-related projects
Demonstrate a global mindset and ability to effectively navigate diverse cultural and regulatory environments
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
6-8+ years of progressive HR business partnering experience, preferably in sizeable organisation. Candidates with
Proven track record of building trusted relationships and collaborating with business stakeholders
Flexible, agile with excellent communication skills, change management skills to drive organisational development. Strong problem solving and consultative skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to diverse cultural contexts
Candidates with experience supporting Southeast Asia markets, India, and Bangladesh regions will be an added advantage. Candidates without regional exposure but would like to gain the exposure are also welcome to apply.
